Paris has yet again been another exciting journey for Terracotta D’arte. At morning time, our stand 5B/E33, has started to turn on its lights, activated the electrical pumps of the fountains and watered the plants, which have overnight been impatiently waiting to be nurtured. Accompanied by a savoury smell of freshly brewed coffee, the Terracotta team expected their first visitors.
Strolling steps and sleepy faces were quickly replaced by the presence of refreshing individuals and outstanding companies. Eager to start the day, Terracotta D’arte did not only exchange creative ideas about colourful projects but engaged with innovative minds from all over the world.
The 2017 favourite was undoubtedly our luxurious, urban Garden, the ‘Green Lab’. With its rusty appearance through the combination of corten steel and stainless steel plates, this small garden reinvents the notion of gardening and promotes a more active lifestyle. With its slogan ‘You are what you eat‘, the Green Lab did not fail to turn heads.
Not only the Green Lab, but also our corten steel pots gained an audience. Yet, despite distraction caused by the new-comers, Tereza, a beautifully handcrafted terracotta statue, kept hypnotising by-passers. Created through a unique molding process, Tereza is one of a kind, who has been admired and has inspired since the day of her creation.
Being part of Terracotta’s own collection and embodying the company’s dedication to creative designs, the copper and zinc fountains have taken their place within the stand. With soft splashed of water, the fountains filled the stand with a sense of calmness and relaxation.
We, Terracotta D’arte, want to thank each one of our visitors once again for their enriching interactions and for sharing this experience with us.
For the ones who missed us in January, you are warmly welcome to visit us on the 8th-12th September 2017 at the M&O Paris.
